This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The Sierra Pack’age’ Trip Tri-Fold brochure was probably printed in the early 1960s. It’s the first time I have run across a California or Sierra Nevada brochure for guided jeep tours. The company is referenced both as “Jeeps, Inc.” and as “Sierra Tours by Jeeps, Inc.”.
This 3rd page only has print on one side. It’s a flyer that was stuck into the brochure.
Captain Scott Montefusco has put together an adventure called The Great American Road Trip. He plans to drive across America in a 1952 M-38 called Little Glory between May 23 and July 26th. His goal is to raise money for Veterans and First Responders.

Bill shared this link to a Roxor owner’s review after having owned and driven a Roxor for one year. He seems to be enjoying it!
I just don’t see owning Roxor over owning the Polaris Ranger we have. That rig has been great for farm work.

“Jeep Willy FC170 (Not sure ’58-’62). This truck is a project. Motor is from Kaisor Car – early 50’s. Big ticket needs are radiator & glass. I worked on this in the winter and now time to move it on. I have some parts to go along with – $3,000 As Is. Hope to be at the 2023 Spring Reunion in North Canton”

“This is definitely a project takeover Jeep that runs just needs a starter. Has a 6 volt system battery would need to be charged again as it’s been sitting for a while. The project was too much lot of sheet metal welding was done still a good amount needs to be done before the front for the most part it’s complete. The seats are newly reupholstered. Windshield is cracked. It’s an old Jeep Willy army vehicle. Come check it out if you’re interested and we will set up a time. Registration fees are due on it as seen in picture. Mileage is unknown currently but I just put 50,000 on it I’m sure it has about that in its lifetime from 1949”
