“1951 Willys M-38 jeep. It is a veteran of the Marine Corps. Has the aluminum insulated arctic top but no doors. Starts,Runs,Stops. It has a newer style F-head engine and has been converted from 24v to 12v. Has a little rust through on passenger floor board and passenger rear quarter otherwise body is in good shape for its age. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1600. It’s confirmed that this isn’t a Traveler.
Listed as a 1949, the seller believes this to a be a Traveler, but it’s obviously made too early to be that.

Maury shared this video from AMC Jeep. I was 18 when this came out in 1983. I’m sure I must have seen this on TV and I hazily remember the folks riding a bison, but don’t remember the full commercial.
