We see a lot of ads for Jeeps in Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler…basically suburban Phoenix.

I sure didn’t see any old Jeeps while I lived there

johnB .. I suspect many of these jeeps rarely make it out of the garages, so they remain hidden. I suspect here in the PNW there are, for example, many old family jeeps and old racers still parked in garages waiting for restorations or to be finally let go by the next generations.

    David…
But here in the PNW, we have an excuse for not taking our Jeeps out in winter!
Come to think of it, they do to.
Too hot in the summer. When I lived there, I rarely took the hard top off my Miata.

John, I felt the same way when I lived in Utah during the summers and winters .. too hot or too cold for a topless jeep, which I think led to the Bikini top.

Convertibles are great along the west coast though! (except when the fog rolls into the San Francisco area … brrrr).
