Kinda looks like some M38 parts mixed in here. For this one its more of an hit the Easy Button and enjoy the ride and fix to your level as you go. A running and driving Jeep is more fun then a project that never gets done. There is no point in just having one anyway, have a driver and a project or 2!

M38 Tub, Grill, Windshield.
My M38 in Washington had to be licensed as a CJ3a. There is no KBB for the taxable value. The state needs to get their sales tax.
When I went to register my M38A1 in Washington, the woman at the license office looked at me like I was speaking Swahili. I think they finally called it a Willz SUV or something.
And it already has a state title.
