good that the steering wheel is chained, someone would be likely to jump in and drive off.
Definitely needs some work, but may be enough parts on it to get close to that value. Good tires, unless dry rotted and complete PTO unit.
Is that the rare Monroe Lift mounting bracket above the rear PTO gearbox?
