UPDATE: Originally priced at $7500.  This really was is in great, original shape.

This sounds like an interesting jeep.  Sounds like a time machine.  This is supposed to be the original Princeton Black paint job, which the CJ-2A Page confirms is a very rare color.

(03/30/2012) This appears in good shape.  The upholstery looks nice.

Dana 30 in front axle and dana 44 in rear.4.10 gears.has grany low wich u can basically walk beside which is ideal for crawling. Tires in good condition. Has black rims with simulated bead lock. “This jeep has been used on a few TV shows…it looks like an army jeep but it is post war. it passes for a world war jeep with the exception of a few minor details, but if your looking for a rough tough great running toy this is it…has two tanks for long off road excursions that have just been flushed and acid washed and the Carb was just rebuilt so this thing starts every time and wont stop going…I have a roll bar if you wont to run one, it has a tow bar great behind an RV and a bikini top as well. The Jeep has a Ammo Can for a glove box and an extra Jerry Can for gas”
