Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Still has original flathead motor, transmission and transfer case – getting harder and harder to find like this these days.
12v, alternator conversion. Newer alternator, brand new battery.

Engine cranks over but doesn’t start.
It has a swapped Buick 225 v6 / ST 300 auto transmission. They were mated but were separated for installation. Has single barrel carbon and HEI distributor
The frame is absolutely 100% solid. The body needs a few exterior patches but still solid. Comes with rare, flanged center output Dana 44 and front dana 27 axles
This Jeep has a Clean transferable registration in my name.”
The solid-letter Desert Dogs are in surprisingly good shape. I’d guess they are roughly at about 50% tread life.

(02/11/2022) The half-top looks refurbed/customized and the roof of this half-cab extends a little too far over the front. It seems that would be a big wind catcher at any decent rate of speed.
