Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1951 Willys M38 Jeep tub. Pretty good shape. It’s an extra I did not use on my project. Previous owner replaced the hat channels underneath. There is no toolbox but I have a cj 2A toolbox I will throw in. It has the battery compartment cover and glove box door”
The wider rim around the back suggest this is a later Bobcat fiberglass body.

(03/112021) This has a post 1972 solid front clip.
“Good fiberglass CJ5 Jeep tub and hood. Comes with steel steps in photo. Great for a crawler project light weight and rust proof. New CJ tubs sell for close to 4000 between body and nose.”

(11/26/2020) There’s a company out of Illinois selling drag ‘jeep’ fiberglass bodies called Dunn & Gone Racing, Inc. (some of the ads on the racing junk site are old, so, this may or may not be available).

UPDATE: *SOLD**. The jeep as a whole was sold back in 2014.
(12/28/2017) The hardtop looks to be an early Willys-Overland Worman-manufactured hardtop .. a very hard to find item.
