These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (01/23/2012) The body may be straight, but it looks like work has been done to the rear and to the passenger side.
“I have for sale a 1948 willy’s jeep. I am the second owner of this fine vehicle, The body is completly strait, At one time it was painted charcole grey poly metalic with hot pink pin striping. The sun has since faded it out, I have an extra roll bar, the orginal set of 6.50 16,s I have a set of 31-10 -50’s just for looks. I have an overdrive for it never was installed pieces may be missing. I have’nt driven it, for a many of years, It ran great when I parked it. I ‘m sure a lot of rubber hoses ect. must be replaced It was a great jeep, I hate to part with it, but it needs to go to someone who will fix it up to what it once was.”

Rubicon proven. Extra transmission, transfer case, front ends, etc.”
