Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1953 Willys CJ3B real solid condition ,runs and drives, would make a perfect restoration project. This Jeep currently is only yard drivable and not road worthy asking $2250″

Looks nice, though missing a few original details.
“1946 CJ2A Willys complete frame off restoration. Motor,transmission,transfer,axles ,brakes and brake lines completely rebuilt. Upgrades are 12 volt system,electronic ignition,saginaw steering,dual master brake and scout brake drums. All gauges ,upholstery,radiator,electronics and wiring are new. It has overdrive and rear PTO and original heater all newly rebuilt. There is no part of this jeep that has not been restored. The frame and body has 2 coats of epoxy primer has been seam sealed and painted. There is also a new soft top and doors that has been fitted to the Jeep and all holes drilled before painting. The top is new in the box.”

It’s got rear hubs and the squares on the windshield. It should be a column shift, too.

“1946 cj2a, with Warn overdrive. Winch (needs tlc) and tow hitch In front. Has minor rust and the passenger floor pad has a hole. It runs and drives great. good tires, spare mounted in rear. Good title, tagged historic. Sold with no top. 4500, firm.. Good for restoration or daily driver, just not in the rain. Serious Buyers Only!
