About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“A great project, lots of potential.
Runs and drives, good tires, Kaiser motor, great for deer lease, off road, has tow bar if needed, removable hard top and spare tire rack.
$3500.00 or reasonable offers considered.”
“This is a one of a kind Willys that was built by a former Dynamics Engineer at Jeep and he also owned Nth Degree Mobility. With a small amount of work this Willys would be fully ready to hit the hit the trails. The Willys needs to have the Carb tuned and a new battery installed (has bad new Optima). This Willys has been wheeled all over the country from the Sierras to Michigan. The vehicle was completely rebuilt about 10 years ago and then parked till 3 years ago when I purchased. I replaced and cleaned the entire fuel system and got her up and running, wheeled it, loved it but just do not have room for it in my smaller home with a growing family and another jeep. Make me a reasonable offer, title in hand.
Contact me through Craigslist if you are serious about purchasing

“Looking to trade my 1946 Willys Jeep for a 90’s Toyota extra cab 4×4 truck.
Jeep has original 4.3 motor, runs great, all original except 6 volt has been converted to 12 volt.
Please give me a call if your interested”
“have a 1947 jeep willys have title for it has no engine but has tranny. Looking to trade or sell make an offer on what you got looking for another vehicle.”
“I have a 1947 cj2a for sale, it’s all original it needs work good project, I’m asking 2000$ obo please e mail for photos and further information thank you”
“1946 WILLYS CJ2A JEEP–$1500 OBO, this is my mechanics hunting jeep, I am listing it for him. Call Bryan at Bryan’s Automotive at nine-one-8-991-0-two-one-two, he can tell you all about it.
It starts, runs, drives, and stops great, 4 wheel drive works great, has a great running “F” head engine, (more power than the original flathead engine),T-90 tranny does not jump out of gear, (transfercase needs shift levers, they are included, you install if you want), never overheated while roaming around the lease for several hours at a time, tires are old, but have never lost air while he has had it, a spare will be included, has oil and temp gauge (important to have) changed to 12 volts with alternator and battery.
It runs great, but looks like _ _ _ _, well you know what I mean, looks good at 40 feet. But, the looks doesn’t keep it from running great and you don’t have to worry about scratching it up, …all in all, it is a great old jeep to just have fun with.
Does not have a title, bill of sale will be provided, I can get titles for around $200 extra if you want one.”
“I thought I would throw my Willys on here to see if there was any interest. It is a 46, has a ford 302, ford 9″ rear end with a spool, dana 44 front end, dana 300 twin stick transfer case, and runs and drives pretty well. It does need some work. It could use new leaf springs (which I have) the lights wired, a little body work, and gauges hooked up. I was using it as a big ATV, but lost access to the land I was driving it on. I don’t have a title for it, but I can get one for it if that is a deal breaker. I don’t NEED to sell it, but I want to see what I might be able to get for it since I don’t use it any more. Don’t be afraid to make me an offer. It’s a fun little toy or a drivable project that would be pretty bad ass when it’s finished.
(01/15/2010) There are a few minor things that aren’t original, but they aren’t any big deal.
“THIS JEEP IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. The Jeep is as original as can be. COLOR IS PASTURE GREEN WITH YELLOW WHEELS. L-HEAD 4 cyl MOTOR “GO DEVEL” 6 volt ELECT. in # 15775 column shift.”
