About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1946 Willy’s CJ2a project. Started to work on it and lost interest. I converted the rear to disc but did not finish the front. Have the calipers, rotors, and new hubs to finish the conversation. Also have a new set of gauges for it. Has leaf springs off a 1955 so the leaf springs brackets still need to be moved so it fits correctly. Will come with original transmission and transfer case. Previous owner put a SBF 302 in it. Has a clean Kansas title.”
“I have decided to sell my 47 CJ2A. I am the third owner. The second owned it since 1962. It has been sandblasted and primed. The frame is painted, new engine and trans mounts, all new brake system. Engine was rebuilt several years ago, but has only been driven 440 miles. The seats have been reupholstered. Includes soft top with frame and doors. It is complete, just needs paint and reassembly. It is located in Ellijay, GA, about 1 hour north of Atlanta. I will not sell parts. $7000.”
“In pretty good shape overall. Has cj5 d30/44 axle upgrade. Stock motor/trans/tcase have been removed. Have a dauntless oddfire. 4spd man trans and tcase togo in it. Thus being a project. Questions lmk. Asking 4000 or best offer.”
“10,000 obo. 1948 Jeep Willy. Has many things added to it making it far from stock. Has many different stickers and decals added to it. Has been sitting in a storage unit since 2014. Runs and drives could use an oil change. Clean and clear title. Original 4 cyl motor”
“1948 willys cj2-a This is a fun jeep to drive, it runs and drives down the road great. The fourwheel drive works as it should and it has a clean title. It has been converted to 12volt system. Had plans to restore this jeep but have too many projects and not enough time. Its a good jeep to drive around the way it is or do a full restore and it to car shows and parades.”
