This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Roger shared this CJ-2A with driver side indents. I suspect that top requires the vertical windshield. The bidding is currently at $3300 with 9 hours to go. The drain holes have been filled and bow holders removed, so this likely has had some bodywork. It’s listed as a 1945, but more likely a ’46.

Good running condition. Nice driver, not a show car. Some dings, dents, and scratches visible up close. Mileage advertised reflects current reading on the odometer, which has likely rolled over.
Features:
– tow bar (not pictured)
– Koenig Iron Works model 100 mechanical winch (needs mechanical drive components to be functional)
– functional rear PTO
– windshield upgraded to CJ-3A
– includes matching spare tire, but there is no vehicle mount for it

“1948 Willys CJ-2A – Have clean Texas title in hand. Complete rebuild from ground up finished two years ago. All running gear rebuilt with new bearings, seals, bushings throughout. New clutch, brakes, new copper/nickel brakelines, new gas tank, gauges, seats. Vilas Motor Works in Bryan Texas completely rebuilt the L-134 engine, sleeved back to factory specs, and have all receipts for proof. Optima Red Top battery, Delco alternator, and have nice external charger to go with it/maintenance. BMJP mil repro copper cored radiator. New body tub, fenders. New leaf springs, shackles, shocks, u-bolts, bushings. Original rebuilt Warn Locking hubs, Firestone Military NDT 17” tires, split combat rims including spare. Electric wipers. “Original Willys Front end. These are all original Willys parts. Heavy surface rust but very solid, the windshield does include the glass. They are from my 1947 Willys I got a new body parts so I am selling these parts.
Reproduction parts that I just replaced cost me over $1,250.00. I will sell these parts for $600.00. I got new parts because I am not a body man and cannot put the finish on them that should be. Cash only on pick up, will not ship. No other currency excepted”

F head block and head, pistons,rods, turned crank, never installed, l head parts, block head, miscellaneous, m38 body and frame(body rough), v6 Jeep frame and axles, several front and rear axles, steel top for cj5 v6, radiator for m38 or cj2, several bodies, rough, transmission/transfer, windshields, new brake parts, far too much to list.
