About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
I *think* this has a rear PTO, too. It appears in good shape.

“I have plenty of antique Jeep and Willys parts for sale that I would love to move to homes in which they will be used. Parts such as radiators, complete axle assemblies, transfer cases and more. I also have some more modern AMC and Chrysler Jeep parts. Send me a email with your needs and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks again!”

(12/11/2011) This looks good. The hood ‘blocks’ are unusual.
“1946 Willys Jeep Completely restored. Has original 4 cylinder engine that has been converted to a 12 volt system. Runs and drives great. Great for parades.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $500. This may have been one of the cj2a’s that was professionally extended and resold and called a CJ-2L. Learn more about the CJ-2L here.
“flatfender willyz long wheel base model. have many parts that go with the rig but it is in rough shape.”
“For Sale, this is a good, solid ole jeep. It has the original 4 cylinder flat head engine and everything, including the 4wd, works. It won’t win any races, but it will climb a telephone pole! We have used it many years on the ranch for hunting and building fence. I had plans of restoring it but thats not going to happen in the near future. We recently bought a UTV (because my wife and mother don’t like the standard tranny on the jeep) and we are not using this jeep like we need to. I hate for a machine to set without running so we have decided to sell it. It is ready to go to work or would be a good restoration project.”
UPDATE: More pics now available. Check out the rear bumper and the dash. This has some unusual features.
(03/01/2012) “I have a 1947 Willy’s Jeep project. It is rough. The front drive line is missing, the clutch & brake pedals are frozen to the floor, the fenders ARE there, not bolted on. It has a Chevy 350 in it, NOT RUNNING. The electrical system needs to be finished. There are no seats in it. The body has surface rust, but NO places eaten thru. It needs a lot of work! I’m letting everyone know now that it is no where near road ready. But does have a lot of potential. It has the rare hardtop, & power take off, it has a winch. The passenger side door is a little bent. So if you call me & want to take a look that’s great! But if I have someone telling me all the things wrong with it or try to give me $500, I’m going to simply say “have a nice day get off my property.” I’m tired of all the ridiculous people w anting it for free. The transmission & transfercase alone are worth $750. Also I am selling it AS-IS, no guarantees. It is on a NON – OP, I am selling it with a bill of sale only. I can go to DMV with you if you’d like, as the title was lost when I moved to Clovis. To come take a look call David at (209) 947-7434 ”
(03/02/2012) This appears in good shape, though not totally original.
