Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (01/11/2011) I suspect this was more likely produced somewhere between 1943 and the beginnings of the CJ-7.
“This is a nice and clean Willys Jeep. It is titled as a 1943 but is most likely a post war model. The serial number is GPW122460 which should help identify it for lovers of these jeeps. It is in great condition. It runs great and has 56,775 miles. New tires and a nice seat covers with a matching top makes this a great looking vehicle. It’s currently registered as an Antique Vehicle and is a great collector item.”
