This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: Price dropped to $250
This was originally for sale back in June. At that time it included fenders, but was priced higher. The tub itself looks great on the outside.

(05/05/2010) This looks in good shape. There’s an interesting lining of some type along the rear wheel well.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2200.
“OK. Here is the situation. We had this Jeep sold twice before but the buyers backed out. The reason is because we can’t find the title and the registration doesn’t match with the MVD records. The new owner would have to do an abandoned vehicle search and get a new title that way. We do not have the time to research all of this so we are willing to let it go at a cheaper price. This Jeeps blue book value is over $6000.
1946 Willy’s CJ2A Jeep. All original with added top. 6 volt system. Flathead 4-cylinder. RARE 3 speed on the column shifter. Original seat frames included. 16 in wheels. Been in the same family it’s entire life, 3rd owner in family. Spare tire. We started it a few days ago and drove it around but it does need a little TLC. More pictures available. Price is $2200.”
The 1/2 cab looks solid.

It looks nice. I’m not sure if it’s a CJ-3A with the wrong year or a CJ-2A with a 3A windshield.

(05/03/2010) “46 willys jeep project has no motor/tranny/transfer, but body is complete and has a hard top with doors, the body is tore apart and the floor has been cut out to be repaired, i do have the title, call or e-mail for pictures”
