This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It looks pretty good, though I would say it was restored to original condition.

I would swear that body is fiberglass. If not, it’s been modified a bit. I think those fenders are also fiberglass.

“This jeep does not run, but is a great project! i have another willys motor that runs great that i can throw in w/ the sell. all the parts are there and very little rust. the frame is just about rust free, same w/ the floor boards! min. body rust. i do not have a title for this jeep, but being a 1947 it is not hard to have a new title made_ will transport up to 50 miles from bristol, wi. thanks”

“1947 Willy Jeep CJ-2A for sale. The original commercial Jeep and a true piece of Americana. Original 4 cyl 134 cu in engine. Spec original tires, 4×4 w/locking hubs, excellent condition soft cover (paid $1000 for), new doors, converted to 12v w/ 12v guages, but have 6v parts, Rancho suspension, tow bar w/ winch. Runs very well in perfect working order. Everything works!!! Fun little jeep to drive around town or in the mountains!! $4500 obo.”

This appears to have a CJ-3B windshield with a CJ-2A body and maybe a CJ-3A title?
“1952 Willys jeep. Would be a great project or hunting vehicle. Runs but needs a new carb. Has recently been converted to 12 volt. Has the flat head 4cly.(go devil)? Comes with tow bar and tows great. The jeep has some rust and holes but could be patched. Comes with a hard top also, and a extra military hood. I am in the process of working on this jeep so price is, as is right now. Call Chuck 719-243-3425”

Something is collapsing in the middle of this jeep — either the frame or the front of the body.

Check out this old hand winch.
“This is a great restoration project for the right person in the (JEEP WORLD). It is an all original 1946 willy’s. It has the floor shift T-90 transmission, original dana hi-lo transfer case and the L-134 flat head four cylinder 60 hp Go-Devil engine.(It also has an ALLSTATE cab on it.) The bad, I do not have the title for it, but will give bill of sale to the one who wins this 1946 CJ2A, which are getting really hard to find. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.”
