UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800.

Sounds like it needs a little work.  Strangely, no step-side drain holes or a gas inlet hole.  I’m not sure whether the back is solid or not.

UPDATE:  This one is still for sale. It’s a steal, unless the owner is leaving something critical out. It’s been for sale for 6 months.

One look at the parts list and you’ll see a lot of similarities to my build.  While the ‘needs TLC’ always raises an eyebrow, if the updated parts were installed well and the body is in good condition, then I think this price is rocking.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $600.

This appears to be a great price assuming you can at least turn over the engine.  The body parts look pretty good from the pics as well.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.

It runs, it plows, and it appears pretty darn stock.  Can’t tell much about the condition from the one distant image.

The auction on this CJ-2A is almost up (or may be done by the time you read this).  This CJ-2A has a most interesting feature, a CJ-5 body has been grafted onto the back of a CJ-2A body.  I will admit, from the pics it could have ended up looking worse.  The seller neglects to mention this, whether purposefully or not is unknown.

This looks like a nicely, pretty original CJ-2A. The desert has likely helped preserve it.

“I don’t know a lot about this vehicle. An elderly lady I know wants to sell it. It belonged to her and her husband. The Jeep comes with a front tow bar and a back seat. It does run, however there is a short in the electrical system that keeps draining the battery. The jeep says it has 20182 miles on it, however the lady who owns it says she thinks the speedometer has rolled over a time or two.
