Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This looks to be one of the CJ-2As lengthened out of the Spokane area. This was listed a few days ago on Craigslist (I think for $1800, but I can’t remember exactly). It lacked an engine.

‘ have a 46 willys jeep that I bought about 10 years ago.
Has a Chevy V8.
Has a Muncie M20 4 speed transmission.
It runs and drives however the brakes need some work so will need to be trailer home.
Has a fiberglass hood on it now but also come with the stock hood and windshield that has the willys imprinted on it.
I stripped all the bondo off when I bought it and epoxy primer it.
Title in hand.

Runs, drives and stops. Original gas tank under the seat was rusted out has a 15 gallon aluminum tank in bed extender.
