This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (06/15/2017) “I have my 48 CJ-2A for sale. I absolutely love this vehicle but just am not using it enough to have it sitting around. It has been upgraded to a 12 volt system and has an upgraded brake booster. It has a new carburetor, starter, and alternator, but everything else is seems to be original. I have it tagged and is street legal for daily driving.”
MY best guess is that this is a CJ-2A body atop a DJ-5 2WD chassis.
