Sounds like it needs a little more work? The outside has body liner on it.
“This is my 1947 cj2a that I nearly fully restored and converted to a pickup truck. Everything has been rebuilt about 3 years ago but never gets driven.. I have drove it 8 miles on the neway rebuilt flathead 4 engine. So it’s tI’m to get rid of it and move on to the next project. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. It comes with a brand new set of 5 wheels.
Also I’m not in a hurry to see it go so don’t think I’m desperate.”
Seller has an M-38 and a CJ-2A for sale (and an Empire Tractor, which I’ve listed in another ad.).

“1946 CJ2A. Has had a 289 (1964-1965 Mustang/Falcon) swapped in. Factory 3-speed (T-90) and Dana 18 transfer case (w/ E-Brake). Stock Dana 25 front end and Dana 41 rear end both with 5.38 gears. Whole body is steel but has some rust. Don’t have a windshield. Engine turns fine, trans and t-case shift smoothly. Great winter project. Comes as you see it. NO TITLE TAG IS STILL ON THE DASH.”
Appears to have a 2A windshield, so the date and model might be off. This has been stored a long time.

“Rolled in 1964 and stored in barn till this fall, almost all there except hood and fenders, and left front axle.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5200.
Thanks to Chris for sharing this one. Looks like a good price.
“restoration. The engine and transmission were rebuilt and the frame sand blasted and painted. Since I have owned it for the last 5 years I have also rebuilt the steering box and linkage along with various other fixes. The tires are only a few years old and have plenty of life left. The carburetor has been rebuilt as well.
While doing the drive train rebuild I brought this jeep back to a column shift which it was originally. I drive this jeep all the time and it has been tremendous fun. Only reason for selling is that I have another one and do not have room for two.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
Looks like a good price. Needs a fuel tank.
“48′ Willy’s cj2a. Runs and drives excellent, all lights and horn work. Body is decent. Does need a new fuel tank as it leaks. Have title.”
