Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. 1946 VEC CJ2A, #13528. Has military tub, axles, and windshield frame. Frame off restoration. FHead installed with low rise Holley 1908 carb to use original hood. Running L-head included. Hard top and soft top included. Frame POR15 painted. Body had few patches welded in, floors and floor braces new. Primed in epoxy paint. MSD 6a ignition. Harrison heater. Transmission, transfer, axles have all new seals and bearings. High capacity aluminum radiator. Column shifter originally, converted to floor. Column shift still in vehicle.
Has an F-Head.

Keith shared this Surrey Tribute CJ-2A. The seller incorrectly notes that the DJ-3A was originally used as a postal truck. Instead, they were built as cheap and economic delivery vehicles.
