This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Has a new tub and a rebuilt engine.
“1946 Willy’s CJ2a
New steel tub, new steel fenders, new tailgate, new hood, entire frame is new, new electronic distributor, new starter, new alternator, new military rear lights, new gauges, new aluminum radiator and plastic gas tank still in the boxes, new plug wires and rubber covers, new made to order olive drab seat cushions, etc.
Previous owner said the motor was rebuilt. Everything is painted with POR15 (frame, underneath side of tub and fenders, motor)
Needs a windshield frame, grille, seat frames and wiring.”

We’ve seen this one before, but for some reason I can’t locate the original ad.
“Selling a 1946 Willys that starts, drives and stops. Has an original motor that does not smoke. Recently serviced plugs, oil and coolant. Has the 6v system so its a slow starter. Great base for a restoration. Come with aluminum top and doors.”

“Flat fender willys jeep. Still runs, Was going to be a good trail project for me but life happens and I need to sell the toys for a truck. It still has the running original L4 motor and transmission. I replaced the old flat seats with smitty built buckets, and have the full and half soft top and doors for it too. Added lights as you can see from pics above, good old fun jeep just have to sell”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3700.
“Partially restored Willys Jeep CJ2A. Motor rebuilt, new brakes, New brakes lines and hoses, new master cylinder, new gas tank, new windshield glass and rubber (has CJ3A windshield), new wiring harness. New steering wheel. New carb. fuel pump and regulator. I have both front seat frames. Some gauges have been replaced. Needs emergency brake mechanism and new paint. Some rust spots on floor and back fender. No text please.”

“1945 Willy’s Jeep project. Lots of good parts or builder original motor turns over and sounds good but doesn’t run.
No title and hasn’t been registered for over 10 years. Has a great hard top and doors all aluminum.”
Has a government plate on the dash. Is that a modified slat grille or is it a customs one? I can’t tell for sure.
