This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 CJ2A, restored from the ground up and ready to roll. Been our flagship Jeep for JeepGoneWild for a very long time, but it’s time to free up some parking. New trans and transfer case, rebuilt diffs front and rear. Locking hubs. New engine seals. Refurbished anything and everything we could to keep it as original as possible. Comes with mock-up .30cal gun and mount. Tigertop soft top (Bestop aftermarket top) also included. Converted distributor to be electronic instead of points to add reliability.”

“Parting out a 48 Jeep, whole or parts I just need the front Differential. Everything is in pretty decent shape but the front floor have been patched, but not very well and probably need to be redone. The frame has been converted to use YJ springs. I believe the Dana 60 in the rear is out of a 76 Ford 3/4 ton truck and measures 67 inches wide WMS to WMS, and I believe it has 4.10 gears in it but I would have to double check.

Sorry, but it was difficult to get good pictures due to the crowded space. Parts include motors, transfer cases, transmissions, float heads by Willy, bolts, water pumps, crank shafts, engine blocks and more. $2000.00”

“For sale is my 1946 Willys Jeep CJ2A. Runs great, stops as well as a 1946 jeep ever could. New front brake shoes/wheel cylinders, master cylinder and hardware last year. New front and rear pinion seal this year. Reproduction windshield frame, glass does have two small cracks, please see the pictures. This is a 12 V conversion. Headlights and tail light work, but brake light does not – I suspect it is the switch. No turn signals. Horn doesn’t work, but there is a functional siren. New Coker Firestone tires last year and the wheels were professionally sandblasted and powder coated at that time.
