Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Doesn’t run. The engine has a later model oil bracket, so the engine may or may not be original.

“Very early civilian Willys . numbers all match. Nearly all original. 3 speed column shift. Brakes and fuel system where completely re done 2 years ago and it has basically sat since. I haven’t been able to make the time for it. Runs ok needs some electrical work. Body has rust in the usual spots. Comes with Arctic hard top, I also have the original split screen.”

Seller is moving and needs so sell them. The one pictures has a PTO winch.
