“I have a nice little willys it’s in pretty good shape has rust in back floor and is a easy fix rest of jeep in good shape frame is good lights work front floors good under hood is good has hard to find pto on back has 4 banger in it don’t run but free was parked 2 years ago with bad carb I have 5 carbs to go with it will not take much to get running I also have a hard to find dreamboat top and doors any ?
This has a 3A windshield and not a 3B.
“1947 Jeep CJ 2A for sale. It has a CJ3B windsheild as the original was rusted out. Original 134 flat-head four engine. Original transmission and axles. Jeep was driving 8 years ago, but has been sitting. Needs some TLC, but all the parts are there. New wheels and tires with very low miles. Seats have been re-upholstered. Asking $1500 OBO. Awesome CJ jeep, great winter project.”

(05/23/2015) Has not started in 15 years. While it is possible to restore this jeep, calling it ‘perfect to restore’ pushes the bounds of credibility.

“Hi there i have a 1948 Jeep Cj2A that i am looking to sell. Over the past few years i have had a lot of fun tinkering with this jeep and doing some off roading on the property with it. These things are just incredible in the mud and there so dang small you can fit them anywhere. This jeeps engine was converted to a 1972 ford pinto 2.0l engine and from what i have heard when these engines are running right they are very reliable and powerful for there size. The engine runs but it does seep a little oil out and it could use some tlc to be running in tip top condition.
The jeep has the original T90A 3 speed transmission which shifts through all the gears and works relatively well and the 4 wheel drive also works like a charm. There is a little rust on this jeep mostly in the floor boards and on the fenders but the body tub is mostly solid. This jeep has been so fun for me but i dont have the room or the tools to make this thing a really solid jeep and want to get a reliable daily driver car otherwise i would definitly keep it cause these things are so dang cool.It is currently not running because the starter is bad but i am going to get a new one for it very soon. ”
