Engine rebuilt by Eriksson Industries in Old Saybrook, Ct., body restored by Continental Auto Body/F40 Motorsports in Portland, Ct., drivetrain gone thru by Brewster in Old Lyme, Ct. The 2A appears to be a VEC, but it looks more like a ’46.

“1946 CJ2A Jeep with a 4 cylinder F4-134 Hurricane engine. The engine runs great and the drive train is in good condition. It was drivable when I parked it some time ago, but now needs master cylinder work. I do start the engine monthly, I do have some extra parts, transmission, front drive shaft and extra tires. This would be a great restoration or crawler project and is fun in the desert..”
