This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (02/24/2015) It appears that someone dropped a VEC CJ-2A body on a DJ-3A Chassis.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
Not a perfect restoration, but nicely refurbed with what appears to be a replacement body.
“This 4×4 Willys is in excellent condition. It was professionally restored. It has a powder-coated frame with period correct wheels and tires.
It has a brand new soft top, a rebuilt engine, a 12 volt electrical conversion, rebuilt 3 speed with a 2 speed divider.
Has a tow bar mounted on the front. No need for trailer. Tires are in excellent shape. Like new.
Civilian version according to VIN.”
Blaine found a flattie project and a Topeka project for sale and some other parts.
1. Flattie is $500. Dogs are worn, but the steel rims may have life. It’s sat for a long time.
2. Topeka Mower has Jeep running gear (T-98 4 sp.) limited slip dif.

I dont’ recognize the type of fiberglass body nor the grille. I can only imagine the windshield came with the body??? It’s an oddball.
