These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000.
Has some body rust.
“1952 Willys Jeep with extra parts. Drive it home!
The good:
-Drives great. So great that I used it for a daily driver.
-Engine was rebuilt 10,000 miles ago by a professional shop. Have records to show.
– carburetor freshly rebuilt
– New tie rods and ends
-New points and condenser
-New wires and plugs as of last fall.
-New Battery this spring.
-New Fuel Pump
-Tires have less than 2000 miles on them.
-Has overdrive (4th gear for highway)
– Comes with three soft tops.
– Includes a ton of extra parts from a donor jeep, and a couple new parts that I have not yet gotten around to install.
-New and vintage parts are super easy to come by if you ever need them. cheap too!
The bad:
-Needs new rear brake shoes/ drums installed. (Parts included)
– Has rust
-Engine runs too rich but it’s not the carburetor. Thinking it has to be either the distributor, or the valves need adjustment.

Lots of custom work. I bet this was a California jeep at some point. There are few Cali jeeps that had been modified with that type of windshield.

“Restored by previous owner and running prior to being garaged a few years ago. Flat head 4 cylinder. Fender is off, but included. Needs new starter which was purchased, but has a different configuration so we did not install. This is an inherited car and we believe the fender was removed to work on the starter. Other new parts included: master cylinder, 4 wheel cylinders, & JC Whitney replacement tail gate. Probably needs new tires.”

“1950 willys rare cjv-35 one of 1000 prototypes built for navy and marines. did not restore to original made from ground up as a fun jeep 4cyl. power steering disc brakes 538 military gears warn overdrive. i have many of the original parts for the v-35, if you chose to restore to original condition. detroit true trac front , lock rite rear. fun to drive. very low miles, less than 2000.”
