About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Rebuilt motor 3 yrs ago hardly driven, new brakes, new Speedo cable, new seats, 3600 lb winch. 5 Rare Ford Model A Wheels, one original jeep spare tire, original PTO in working order new cloth top new front glass and doors and extra parts some new, ready to plow your driveway….comes with a Snow plow. “Mostly complete CJ3A. The tub is in decent shape although the dash has a large hole where the gauges used to be. The frame is straight with a saginaw manual gear box. It is set up for a buick V6. It does not include an engine but I do have the tranny, t-case, and drive shafts that came out of it, along with an extra set of axles. The floor is not rotted out and and the tub straight. I do have the windshield frame (not in picture). This is a great starter project for a restoration, hot rod, or rat rod.”
Could make a good restoration. The drain holes appear filled.
“52 Willys Jeep for sale. Been in the family and garaged since purchased from the government. Primarily used for hunting when it was running. Has not ran or been worked on in over 20 years. Straight body and frame. Hubs move freely but recommend buyer transporting with a trailer. Title in hand. Will not deliver to buyer. Additional pictures can be provided on request of serious buyer. Some rust throughout jeep but not bad for its age. Drivers side floor pan has rust through on the seam. Canvas top with some tears. Great original platform to start restoration or build.”

“Three classic Willys CJ Jeeps. First is a 1951 CJ3A with plow. Ran a couple of years ago and will run again. Title in hand. Next are two 1940s vintage CJ2As. One of those is complete and correct. Have NY registration. All have been outside for a long time and are rusty and rough. Save these from the crusher! A great collection for a project or for the valuable parts that are nearly impossible to find nowadays. $800 takes all. A steal! You move. Must take all three. Will not separate or part out.
Please provide your name and cell phone number if interested in a reply.”
This has drive train upgrades. It also had a later model jeep rim as an air filter cover. It looks like the rear ends of the body have been lengthened, yielding a slightly different body lines along the rear bottom of the jeep.

“We are selling our 1953 Willys CJ3A. This was to be last falls project that we just have not had time to finish. There are lots of parts here to complete it. When we got the Jeep we removed the body, cleaned up the frame and then started on the drive train. We got a 1995 S10, pulled the 4.3 TBI and wiring harness out. Put a new timing chain, timing cover, oil pan and valve cover gaskets on it and a new water pump. Next we rebuilt the T90 transmission and Dana 18 Transfer Case. Got the GM bell housing with Jeep adapter and new clutch kit. We got all of that back down into the frame. We have two bodies for this project. We have all the original Willys steel parts. Plus a fiberglass Tub, Fenders, Grill and Hood. This already has the saginaw steering box upgrade done to it. Plus some short back seats, heater box, soft top and soft doors. Unfortunately, we just have too many things going on to finish it right now. “
