About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“51 Willys jeep for sale. Body, frame and interior in great shape. Original drivetrain with flathead 4 and t90 3speed. Engine will need work. Has no compression so believe rings are needed. Ran when I got it but weak. Drove it for a couple times and got worse. Was going to make into a river jeep but in too good of shape for me to do that. Brakes and turn signals work. Guy I bought it from drove it to work everyday. Still has foot start on floor. I think I have a bikini top for it. Will check for sure. Asking $3500. Clear title”
(07/10/2016) Has a fiberglass body and other updates.
“Selling my toy to fund another project, great running little Jeep.
Engine is the Buick dauntless V6, freshly rebuilt Saginaw 4 speed transmission, and a Dana 18 transfer case.
All new wiring, new seats, new fuel tank (mounted in back), new starter, newer tires, new exhaust, newer top w/ doors, new gauges, new HEI distributor, rebuilt Edlebrock carb, countless other new parts.
Body is fiberglass and so are the fenders and grill. The windshield and hood are steel.
Currently it needs a new front output bearing on the transfer case, which I have ordered. It is noisy and causing some leak from the transfer case. Might have it replaced this week yet.
Engine compression is strong, brakes are great, all things function with the exception of the speedometer (I purchased a new drive gear to be installed), and the fuel gauge simply because I have must have it wired wrong.
It is not a show quality Jeep, but is very clean and reliable.
Titled as a 1962 Jeep. Clean and clear title on hand. ”
