Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Project – 1949 CJ3A. Stripped down to frame. Frame is epoxy coated. New wheels and tires. New springs, shocks, bushings, and front bumper. Have $2K invested and just looking to get my money back out of it. I have the title and it has an up to date registration. Body is subject to someone who knows how to do body work. Also, have new body mounting kit.

It’s a project.
“The project that never was. Cool old jeep, but I have no time for mechanicing. Bought off a guy a couple of years ago who had it setting out near Gateway Colorado for years. Has several coats of different paint, a cool Hard top, complete. Rear end locked up. Tire hold air for ten minutes…… Needs a Rock crawler, or a rebuilder for a new owner.
Clean title!
Has couple extra rims, a front grill and a fender in the cab.

(04/20/2014) “I have a 1950 Willys Jeep for sale. The jeep was recently painted on a galvanized body. It has a 302 V8 with a 4 speed toploader transmission. The frame is fitted with custom bumpers, power rack and pinion steering and autometer gauges.”

“This comes with a complete body hood grill fenders tailgate and tub sitting on 2 frames the bottom frsme is a rolling frame and comes with extra rear axle. The tailgate is something some one messed up and it’s not the original tailgate the hood was found after the pictures were taken if its not sold it will be scraped.”

“52 Willys CJ3A with 289 V8, Hurst shifter ford trans, new fuel pump, new starter.Was running, needs rebuilt or if you have a 302, just put it in. No title, body in good shape, floor has a few holes.
Would make a good off road jeep.

(06/19/2014) “1952 Jeep Willys Cj3a. Restored in great shape. Converted to 12 volt, duel master cylinders, new wheels, tires, soft top, tire rack, bumpers, steering, gauges, roll bar, and much more. Interior rhino liner. Frame, body, and undercoat all new paint. Runs great. Call for more info.”
