About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1953 Willy’s CJ3a this is a really solid Jeep it runs and drives minimal rust has a later Willy’s 134 f head engine in it and a Saginaw steering conversion clean title needs a front spring I can get one for it”
“1950 Willys Jeep CJ-3A. New steel body kit. Engine, transmission, transfer case, brakes, steering, front axle, steering sector rebuilt. New seats, gauges, fuel tank, radiator. Less than 50 miles on rebuild. MN title. Sold as is.”
“I’m selling my 1950 Willys CJ-3a, it was my first car and daily driver for 15 years, but now I think it’s time to move on.
Much of the drivetrain has been rebuilt, but it has taken a beating from years of off-roading and daily driving, so it’ll need some work. It has a 30% overdrive from Herm the overdrive guy, which can get you comfortably to about 60-65mph (I don’t recommend driving it on the freeway though). Has new powder coated steel wheels and NDT’s. New transfercase, windshield, seats & upholstery, gauges, comes with lots of spare parts, manuals, etc…
The body is in OK condition, but has thick Bondo in a few places, my friend peeled away the Bondo on the rear right wheel well where the spare used to be. Most of the photos aren’t super recent, so if there’s anything you’d like a photo of in particular let me know and I can send you a fresh photo, or if you’d like to come take a look at it you can contact me at the number in the listing (no texts please). I like people to know what they are getting when I sell, so I’ll do my best to let you know of any problems or particularities that it has.
My Jeep was featured on the cover of the 2015 Kaiser Willys catalog.
I’d really like it to go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have, I’m really not looking forward to selling it but I’m looking to get an MG TD for commuting and more consistent gas mileage and I can’t afford to buy another car without selling one.”

“Picked up this Willys jeep as a project but I haven’t had time for it in the last year, and I could use the garage space before winter. Everything is in good mechanical condition but is not currently running. It has all the original ID tags riveted on the body. The jeep has the original seats, and a new gas tank installed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Might be interested in trades. ”
“1951 Jeep Willys cj3a flat fender. Was running back in 2004. Has a 383 stroker motor. Power steering. Four speed manual t18 transmission. Dana 18 transfer case. Overdrive unit also installed. $4500. OBO located in Grand Junction Colorado. Will not ship”
“Over the past 70 plus years, this super clean little Jeep has only been owned by two families. The Jeep is in super clean condition. It runs and drives as it should. Its super fun!
What really sets this Jeep apart from the rest is the rear mounted Power Take Off unit. These were ordered by farmers back in the day to run Buzz Saws, Pumps, Generators etc. The system is complete and works!
The Jeep also has an original Willys heater system. All the lights, wipers, horn etc. work! The original flat four cylinder engine had a recent valve job and new carburetor installed.
Comes with an original Service Manual and a file an inch thick of years of receipts etc. Located in San Antonio, always kept indoors. Comes with a clear Texas title. Thanks for looking!!!!!”
