“1953 Willys Jeep 3A for sale. (Project) Ford V8 289/302? It starts and runs however the rear axle is broke. As you can see it is a full on project. There’s some value here.

“1949 Willys CJ3A with all original running gear, flat head 4 cylinder 3 speed transmission for wheel drive. Sound body with no cancer spots throughout. Has been garage kept. Runs and drive well. Top shown in picture is only one that it includes.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8900
Looks solid.
“This is a real head-turner. 1950 Willy’s Jeep, restored “original correct” — all original stock, no major mods. True Colorado vehicle that spent most of its life in Glenwood Springs, CO, before relocating to Evergreen, CO. The engine has not been rebuilt (just body & upholstery resto – including back seat) but it starts easy, runs clean and does not burn oil. Perfect for cruising around town on date night, but don’t plan any long trips on I-70 unless you are towing it, or retired. Odometer reads 62,149. Clean title, and everything works except the gas gauge. Soft top & tow bar included. Always garaged since restoration.
Local buyers with cash only. Thanks for looking.”
Listed as a CJ-3B, it looks to be a 3A with a 2A body.
“1950 Willys Jeep CJ3B, new motor, runs great”
CJ-3A Body and other parts.
“1949 Willys CJ3A Metal Body :
Hood, Grille, Tailgate, Windshield and Fenders
Some Rust”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4900.
(04/21/2014) The seller lists this as a 1952, but the Navy tag indicates this is a 1953. The yellow on the dash reminds me of the APU jeep color. Canoe is included.
“Mostly original U.S. Navy Willy’s Overland Jeep, loaded. Original, rebuilt Willys motor w/most all of its original parts. Runs good and quiet, doesn’t smoke. Authentic PTO winch (Great condition). Warren Overdrive. Period style hardtop and doors (Not bolted down). Extremely rare, original heater (Pictured). Original gauges that mostly work. Original seats need upholstered. Rear dual gas can/spare tire carrier (Not pictured & no cans included). Fold down windshield that pops out while its up, also (Really cool).

Expensive leaf spring set-up that gave it a 3″ lift. Roll bar. Newer shocks. Brand new BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain tires. Older Chrome rims. Old wood frame CANOE IS INCLUDED for the full price.”
