Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Aqualu Jeep aluminum body tub for CJ-2A or 3a. Brand new, was purchased for a project that never got off the ground. You can see the specs at www.aqualu.com it is part# 5000. This body is a direct replacement for the stock body, and is much stronger. Plus it is made from 5052 marine grade aluminum which means it won’t rust, or corrode.
