(07/24/2011) Here are some other VJV-35s for comparison.

If you know anything about Willys Jeeps then you know that this is a true find! This was a LIMITED EDITION Jeep Built for the Navy. Only 29 of these are known to exist! This one is Number 30!! Not currently running. It’s Either A “Go Devil” or “Hurricane”? I Do Know That It’s Tough! Lots of parts. Has Surface rust with a couple of bad areas, But nothing that can’t be repaired easily. Don’t let the appearance fool you. This is a tough little Ride! For the skeptics out there, and I know there are a few. I have photos of the ID Plate from Willys Overland Co. Serial Number: CJV-35 107** ORIGNAL** NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CJV-35/U”

Straight and clean. 350 Chevy engine / SM 465 high performance 4 speed transmission / NP 205 gear driven transfer case / Dana 44 rearend wirh 373 gears / Original manufacturer’s production plate / New NAPA spark plug wires / Professionally made 1/8″ floor board, no rust / Power steering / New 35″ BF Goodrich all terrain tires / Best top, in new condition / Non combustable polyurethane gas tank / Warren locking hubs / Rear seat is in good condition / Front wench mount / Rear bumper also serves as a two compartment tool box / Full roll cage / Retractable seat belts in the front / New extra matching rim / Reese hitch / Gas tank and wheel mount for hitch / Frame is 100 % rust free and only one small place of the body / Undercoated. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7000.

“1949 Red Willys CJ3A Jeep, very stock, never really restored, just rebuilt as needed along the way. Body has been repaired some, but looks good. Flathead L134 engine rebuilt, still 6V, brakes all redone, new Best Top, 4 fairly new NDT tires, my driver Jeep, pretty at 20 feet, but not afraid to go off road. The Newgren Buzz Saw is as found, unrestored. I have all the rear PTO assembly, but it is not installed. This saw is draw bar mounted and a Willys Special Equipment Option. Be the hit at the next Working Willys Show. Price for both is $7000.”

“’52 Willy’s Overland L-134 4 cyl. Go Devil Iron Block Engine. Dana 44 Rear End. Pretty good overall condition. Some rust, but nothing that can’t be fixed. Needs someone that wants to restore it. Don’t let the appearance fool you. This is a tough little ride. Asking $2000.00 or Best Offer.”
