About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Beautiful 3b. 2300 miles since frame off restoring. Nothing over looked. Lots of stainless hardware. Engine rebuild by Eastwood auto machine. Seats could use some love. I have owned it for 20 years. Very fun. She sits more than it should.”
“Selling my 1953 Jeep Willys CJ3B. This is the first year that the High Hood was built. It is all original except for the engine, which is a buick 231 v6. The motor has been rebuilt and runs great. The T90 three speed transmission and Dana 18 transfer case have been gone through with new seals and parts. It runs, drives, and stops. The axles are original and have 5.38 gears. Phone calls only please, text and email will not be answered. I am asking $3900 cash. I will not ship and do not need help selling this item.”
“Jeep cj3b willys, this has the larger f head motor, been stored in barn for at least the last 25 years, I have no time to work on it. I have not tried to start it and would not try until fuel system is cleaned out. I got this from my grandfather who used it for years on the farm for hauling wood. Parked it after he had more wood then he could use, and never needed to use it again”
Seth says he could take a look if anyone is interested. Below is the ad’s text. He spotted it on a FB Group page.
“If you’ve ever wanted a Jeep here is your chance. It was fully rebuilt and running like a champ. Then lost in a bet and sadly sat for a while. I picked it up with dreams of making it a beast. I have realized that I don’t have the time to make it what I want. It needs a gear head to crank on it and it will run like a champ. I will take $1000 cash or we can make a deal.”

Front lockers
Rebuilt motor (F-134)
Current registration
Clean title
New brakes
Heater recored
Not much rust
Gas tank rust treated and sealed.
Front tow bar
Rear set up for towing.
5.38 gearing
Running driving project.
Leak at exhaust manifold
Will need tires soon.
Leaky rear axle seal (might fix soon)
It has its ups and downs but keep in mind it is from 1954. No, it won’t do 60 mph.
Considering trading for a bigger 4×4. (Or even a Jeep with a top!)”
