UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
If it runs this might be worth a look. The paint and bumper don’t look original to me.

(04/14/2011) Windy’s got this CJ-5 trencher for sale. He also has some extra parts for sale, too.
“For sale, ’70 Jeep trencher. body rough but could be repaired or get another early cj5 and put it on. Jeep is complete. Also have extra trencher parts from ’68 available. This is a neat piece of Jeep history fun project that I have to let go. $1500 for trencher OBO Title lost , bill of sale only. I’m near Lenharstsville PA. Gotta get rid of a few projects.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $500.
Vincent spotted this shoeless jeep.
“I have a 1967 Kaiser jeep project for sale or trade, it is in pieces, not sure what all is missing, I bought it as is and have too many projects going, Have title in and for it, no wheels at all, can load with forklift or bring your own wheels V6 engine (suppose to be buick sourced from factory?), Motor is dissasemled in back of jeep, manual trans, 4×4. $500 firm complete (as I got it), or trade for atv, tools, another vehicle, or???”
Note that one CJ-5 has a chrome bumper (from tuxedo of some vintage?) and the other has an overdrive.
“Two 61 cj5’s. One is a right side drive no motor or trans, 2×4, solid body and frame. The other is a left side drive 4×4 dual transfer case with 289 from 64 mustang. motor runs needs carb cleaned and adjusted. transmission works as far as I can tell. also have extra set of Dana 44 front and rear axles. Also roll bar, doors, seats, soft top, new windshield frame, other things that I can’t think of. Make offer I want them out of my driveway today! All offers considered and trades as well(car, motorcycle, tools, camping, hiking, boom, anything of value)

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
It looks like this jeep is named Mudlark.
“Removable hardtop, full roll cage bar, tow bar package, convertible backseat, fires-up every time, runs great. $4500 OBO”
Sure it’s a little rough, but it runs and has hurricane rims. It just doesn’t stop well.
“1956 Willy’s CJ3B Jeep, runs great, smokes a little. Has not been on the road in years… Used as a hunting rig on the farm. Starts right up and shifts good. I don’t think you could hang this thing up. Will go anywhere. I got a side by side and just haven’t needed the jeep so I thought maybe someone else could use it. Needs brake work. they worked last year but got it out yesterday and pedal goes to the floor. Cant be much wrong with them. Call me if interested. $1500”
UPDATE: The jeep sold for $16,000.
John spotted this auction. He reports the jeep is as good as it looks in the photo.
Sounds like this was a Forest Service jeep. Maybe includes a gov data plate?
“Original 1965 Kiser Jeep made for U.S. Forestry specs.

Every Thing works including speed ometer
Has original nomenclature plate
5000 # Ramsey power take off winch

If both are only $500, it looks like a good price.
“have a jeep for sale has 304 v8 I bought with planning on using willies body on it just haven’t got done both jeeps go together would trade for riding mower”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was Make Offer.
It’s a dusty time capsule.
“just testing the waters, she ran when she was parked almost 30 years ago, she has the v5 225 dauntless v6 engine very hard to find one stock and original, they were only in some cj5’s from ’66-’71, I plan on pulling her out and cleaning her up once the snow clears, probably won’t get rid of her, unless price is right or I think trade is worth it, don’t give me a bogus price offer, and I won’t trade for any crap.”
