Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a project with about $12,000.00 invested in parts and a lot of labor. This was ment to be a pick up and would be a cool finished vehicle. Working out of state has made it impossible for the owner to finish. The cab and chassis has a used v6 engine, front and rear end. The trans. is a 350 turbo rebuilt with truck internals. The transfer case is a Dana 300 rebuilt. The springs are new. The wheels and tires are used, but there is a new set of wheels. There is also a Buick rebuilt long block and rebuilt Dana 44 front and rear Axles. The front has a Detroit locker and Warn hubs. Two pallets of parts used and new. Selling as parts/ project w/ title.
I would like to sell as a package, but may consider offers as parts.”

“All original 1957 Willy’s jeep, comes with spare tire, and hard top. Starts and runs very well, 4 speed manual, I’ve had this for a couple years and I just don’t have time to restore it to its full capabilities. I have had tons of fun with my friends in this. 5000 obo, will consider partial trades for second amendment but mostly need cash.”
