Barry spotted this one.

Here’s an interesting flyer for the DJ-3A Mail Jeep Circa 1955.
“Here I have a Single Sheet Flier for the Willys Jeep mail Dispatcher from 1955. This has some wear and a small tear on the bottom (See Scans) but still displays Very nicely. Will ship in a protective Sleeve with backing board.”
Ann has suggested we leave the paint job as is for now and call it “Rusty.” Sounds good to me.
Looks to be a DJ-3A body on a CJ-2A chassis.
“1948 Willy Jeep
Flat Fender
Original Motor runs and works,
needs work, good project jeep or pasture toy
lets make a deal”
Looks to be a DJ-3A body on a CJ 4WD chassis. While a true DJ-3A installed on a 4WD chassis from the factory has yet to be found in the US, the DJ-3A group did learn about a DJ-3A with 4WD that was sent overseas. So, we are wondering if one or more were sold in the US as well.
“Frame off restoration, motor rebuilt, new axle seals and bearings, all new brakes, will lock up all 4 wheels. Body in really good shape, very usable, solid floor.
Runs and drives great, still needs lights wired, gages, a roll bar, maybe a windshield. All the hard work is done, ready for finishing touches.
$2500 or best offer, more than that invested.”
This jeep is for sale in Cuba (I doubt there are many eWillys readers there). The absence of a standard filler inlet on the driver’s side made me wonder if this was a DJ-3A.
“Vendo mi willy en Cuba para su familia en buenas condiciones a pagar aqui en hialeah es del año 52 con mecanica de lada rueda perfecto”

Looks to be a CJ-2A chassis with a DJ-3A body.
“I have a 48 willys jeep for sale the previous owner has installed a v6 (I believe it to be the dauntless odd fire ) it looks to be done correctly the body if fairly solid for its age I have not done any thin with it since I got it in on trade I was going to restore it but I don’t have the time. ”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7800
(05/02/2016) It’s not all stock. It looks to have a DJ-3A body (or a replacement body).
“Flat head 4 cylinder 3 speed with over drive all fresh rebuilds. Very nice not all cutting up still stock.
Call for more details.
Always parked inside.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
It’s a DJ that has had 4WD added.
“1958 4 x4 with winch. Bought out of a warehouse. Been sitting for awhile. I haven’t tried to get it running yet. Needs master cylinder. I’m looking for a good skid steer for trade or best offer.”
