This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

“Right hand drive postal jeep came from South Carolina absolutely no rust over three thousand dollars in receipts. New springs, shocks, tires, carpet, and battery just about everything has been replaced. has a 232 six cylinder motor.”

“This is a 1978 DJ5. Used to be a postal service jeep that was converted in 1995 by a company named Safari-Kar. There was less than 1000 of these build. As the company was only in business for 3 years. The jeep has 5,276 miles on the complete rebuild. Inline 6, automatic transmission, 2 wheel drive. I just put 3200 dollars in it to replace or repair the following (battery, all the belts, brakes gone thru, the tires have less then 500 miles on them (and there is 5 of them), the gas tank and all the line have been cleaned (the tank was dropped cleaned and reinstalled. This is a very clean jeep at a good price.
If you want to know more about this unique jeep then google the company ( Safari-Kar ) .It will tell you more about what they have done.”

“You’re bidding on a 1975 Jeep Pro-Street Postal Delivery DJ5 right hand drive. Blown 383 Stroker. 350 Trans with a 3500 stall converter tubbed with an M/T tire 8 gallon fuel cell. Electric fuel pump. Complete new fuse panel front to back. Great fun to drive and YES Willy bars are functional. Gets a lot of attention wherever it goes. Has won many trophy’s.”

Gayland shared this slightly modified DJ-5.
“You are looking at a 1971 Jeep DJ5. Just about the cutest thing you’ve ever seen!
We’ve had our fun with it and now it’s someone else’s turn.
This Jeep is a low production number: #311, and it is equipped with an even more rare automatic. It’s just been tuned with a new carburetor kit and fresh fuel. It runs down the road wonderfully!
It has 4 brand new wide white tires, fresh seat covers and it’s ready for towing a small boat, going to the beach, the Dairy Queen or anything you find fun in a little open Jeep like this!
This is the famous Jeep platform, 2-wheel drive, automatic, fixed hardtop roof and windshield Jeep with no side doors.
The engine is a 232 or 258 (not sure which) and runs fantastic. The transmission is tight and strong. This Jeep has very nice body work and paint (not showroom). It has some custom blue ghost flames on the hood and rear.
What you see in the photo is what you get. The Jeep has a relatively low reserve and unlimited potential for fun!”
