Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Unable to pass smog.
“258 AMC straight six motor with Chrysler automatic transmission, all original with 91,428 original miles. Body is clean with the exception of some body rust on back to quarter panels(see pics). Its on a Non-Op because I haven’t been able to pass smog. The battery will not hold charge so it hasn’t been started for about 6 months. It ran and shifted great the last time I drove it. It will need to be trailered because of the Non-Op status! $1000.00 Firm. Cash only”
