Looks in great shape, though too bad the driver’s side (which is on the right) has had the body cut. Note that this is a right hand drive jeep with an automatic transmission (probably Borg Warner).

“If the posting is active then YES, IT IS STILL FOR SALE……. If you only ask that, then I will respond with “NO”. Ex-Postal jeep converted to a Ford Model A type vehicle. It is two wheel drive and has the inline 6 motor with an automatic transmission. The motor is currently stuck from sitting. IT IS NOT RUNNING. Yes it has two steering wheels. It’s a Left hand drive car. The right side steering wheel is not connected to anything. It is in rough shape but has good bones and would be a fun project. I picked it up as a cool project car and I don’t have time to work on it. I have oiled cylinders with marvel oil and have not tried to turn it over since. NO TITLE BILL OF SALE ONLY.”

“DJ-5 Postal Jeep runs and drives but leaks ATF out the main seal. Plenty of new parts included, new brakes installed and refurbished radiator. Would make a worthy project, I just do not have the time. Will need trailered due to atf leak.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500. This has Suncruiser stamped on the dash.

Merlin shared this DJ-5 with an unusual fiberglass replacement body on Facebook. One person thinks the body is a “Bum-Vee” body, but I couldn’t confirm that. Anyone recognize this body? It reminds me of the Parmley body.
