This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. can be seen today at the Yard Sale On N Main at Easter Road, North of Zora rd across from VFW”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2300.
“1975 American General DJ5-D postal jeep. Jeep was refinished in 2014 to resemble an Army jeep. Interior and exterior painted OD green.
Right-hand drive, 232 CID straight six cylinder engine and Torqueflight 727 automatic transmission. New brakes and tires in 2014 (about 1500 miles on jeep since refurb). I will include a new (refurb) carb, starter and water pump in the sale. These items were purchased as backups from a postal jeep specialist and held in storage. Also have some engine and emissions control parts that were removed.

All fiberglass body (ZERO rust) with a one piece tilt front end, sliding side doors and swinging rear door.
Dodge 360 CID V-8 with Edelbrock aluminum intake and 4 brl carburetor, BIG cam (sound good)(lots of lope).
727 TF transmission with 2500 stall converter.
New cab lights, cab horn, tach, inside fans and more.
Runs and Drives good. Good driver or Cruiser.”

“Vintage U. S. Postal Service mail delivery Jeep. Bright yellow. Reconditioned with LED lights and good tires. Federal auction so bill of sale, but no titles was issued. Eligible for abandoned vehicle title. Would consider trade deals for solid utility trailer or motorcycle. $750 cash”

“This would be a real neat little project and an awesome hobby for someone. Engine starts right up and runs good. Automatic, back tailgate still opens, roll bar in great shape, light bar on windshield, and good radial tires on her. Needs turn signals and wipers fixed before it is road ready.
