About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(01/20/2020) This appears to be a 1950 CJ-3A with an MB/GPW body on it. It also has some Husky/Allstate hubs and what I think is a Con-Ferr rear bumper.

“Selling my ’45 matching numbers GPW. Very few of these around. Excellent project that needs to be completed. Located in Henderson, Nevada. Very complete; never been restored; very little rust; solid floor. Original engine and correct xfer case rebuilt but never installed. Will include correct GPW spring to replace original failing right front spring. Original radiator in excellent condition. Carb was removed during our move—will include a correct carb. Late war MB engine installed with T90 & CJ xfer case—-frame & floor not cut. Original windshield; original fuel tank with no leaks. Will include correct seats. Front brakes & steering linkage need to be reinstalled. Have correct driveshafts which will be included. Will deliver within reasonable distance for cost of fuel/tolls/meals/hotels. Original data plates. Will not ship outside the USA.”
(08/22/2019) The front frame rails and bumper have been modified. This has no combat rims. The dash has been modified. The GPW front crossmember doesn’t not appear to be there. It’s been covered with a textured paint (body liner?).
“The WWII Willys MB and the Ford GPW, both formally called the U.S. Army Truck, 1⁄4-ton, 4×4
Works and runs great.
Clean title in hand.
The coolest and most attractive car on the road.
You will get the most compliments while driving it.
So much fun to drive.
Completely restored.”
TJ shared this pair of jeeps that apparently is home to some snakes. Note that the red jeep has a set of Huffman hubs, the first set I’ve seen on a jeep for sale.
“Nice solid gpw “ Original body” 12v. The jeep has the more reliable T90 gear box. Just finished 90% restoration has 9 miles on it. A lot of new parts such as carb, brake lines, gauges, lights, wiring, seat/cushions, radiator, tires, muffler etc. runs and drives great the carburetor could use a little more adjustment and little gear oil leak I didn’t have a car lift so didn’t want to mess with it nothing bad. Please text me with any questions/more pictures. Asking 18500 OBO”
“Jeep runs and drive perfectly sim operated 50. Cal. Machine gun. If interested please call or text me if you have any questions or schedule for a test drive, bring cash.”
