This M-170 was spotted in Massachusetts by Joe’s son-in-law Anthony Rueck. He’s a truck based out of New Jersey.

“For sale a 1962 USMC M170 long wheel base. This a USMC Barstow ambulance/radio jeep thats in good condition with no rust. Runs and drives. New military jeep tires and wheels along with a new spare tire carrier and gerry can holder. New complete original stock muffler system. New speedometer and cable. New oil pressure line and gauge. New battery. All fluids have been replaced. Brakes are good and steering is good too. Prior owner rebuilt the engine.”

“M170 Ambulance — 90% restoration — canvas/bows, rebuilt F134, all seals, gears, transmission gone thru and rebuilt where needed, new tires, brakes, steering damper, radiator, converted to 24vdc alternator instead of generator, lights, horn, wipers, etc. working condition, new exhaust/muffler, body bumpers/cushions installed, little to no rust, tub in great condition. M101 restored, new bows, boards and used cover, brakes work, little rust in bed. Lots of restoration photos available. New gauges, new speedometer, 24vdc magnetic spot lights included, extra wheels and tires included.”
