About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“I am selling a 1952 Korean War Willys Jeep. I believe the year is correct as the serial number is MC 70728. Runs strong and good oil pressure but does smoke when cold and a little when warm. 52 psi oil pressure cold, 25 psi when warm. Have some extras that go with it like the 16″ rims but it is missing one 16″ tire so I can’t mount them. The 15″ inch rims that are on it are from a civilian CJ. Has been converted to 12 volts (was 24) with an alternator kit. Needs a brake job. This jeep has VERY LITTLE rust for any age let alone the fact that it is 63 years old. It has NO BONDO. This would make an excellent restore project or great for the trails as is. but brakes would help:). Drives and shifts great and all gears work well. I believe it was an ex Air Force Jeep by the blue paint and military mud flaps that where on it that they used on the flight line. At one time it had the words ” PERSONNEL SERVICES” painted on each side of the hood. Under that are the original unit numbers. I do not have a title for it but all you need is a bill of sale to get one.”
“1952 m38 military jeep that has been updated. the drivetrain has been converted to cj5 stuff. dana 27 front that has been converted to disc brakes, dana 44 rear, buick oddfire engine, t14 3 speed, dana 18 case, converted to 12v, 2.5″ lift springs, and power steering added. currently runs and drives but the engine has a burnt valve from the previous owner running unleaded fuel. trans pops out of first but have another good transmission. I have some extra parts to go with it. does not come with hard top, comes with a standard windshield. asking 3000 obo or trade for a boat or guns.”
