“Project Military Willy’s (M38). This has all parts and will be a major project but you won’t have to hunt for some of the harder to find items. This has been at my family friends ranch for 40 years and I am helping him sell this gem. There were 60k of these made and there aren’t many left. Hoping the right buyer will see the beauty in this and restore it to its former glory. I will do my best to answer questions. Bill of Sale only.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
Listed as a 1946, it looks like it might be a CJ-3A with an M-38 body. It also has a rear bed extender. Only the one pic provided.

“This is a project M38. It came with another jeep that I purchased. It has many of the necessary parts but pretty much everything needs to be done. But, it’s a cheap starting point and it’s an M38 which are getting harder to find. I think that the pictures should answer most questions. No title. Bill of Sale only.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(07/01/2020) Unclear if it runs or not.

This nice looking jeep with a rear PTO appears to have a CJ-2A chassis and a replacement body kit. I don’t see any M-38 in it.

“Up for sale is a 1952 Willy’s M38 Jeep. This was a barn find. Body needs new floors. Motor is missing the head. One tire is flat. Converted to power steering at some point in its life. No seats. I have a new tool box lid and shocks for this jeep. This is a vehicle that has a lot of potential. I simply due not have the time. No current Title.”
There might be some parts value here. The M-38’s body has been extensively rebuilt in the back.
