Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This amphibious 4 wheeler is a rare find in excellent condition. Created back in the 60’s with articulating tubs the Coot is able to climb over most anything. Used for hunting, feeding livestock and for puttering around in the water ( has the capability to add a propeller) it was state of the art in it’s time. Includes headlights,taillights and winch. The tires are literally brand new. Powered by a Honda engine. We have sold our rural property and no longer have a use for this awesome little vehicle. Time for someone new to enjoy her.”

“1971 NAS Land Rover Series IIA 88 Hard Top. Rare left hand drive. 4-cylinder replaced 1981 Land Rover Defender diesel engine with drivetrain. 4-speed manual transmission (second gear needs to be double clutched). Custom steel roof rack. New custom interior. Rovers North Expedition shovel with mount. 5 new Power King Super Traction tires and sand blasted rims. New gauges, new toggles, new glow plugs, new injectors, new large battery, new brake master cylinder, new headlights, new tail lights. 750 cranking power with new wiring, new alternator, new diesel electric fuel pump. New Rovers North galvanized steel bumper. Everything in working order except the windshield wipers and second gear (works if you double clutch). Clean title.”
Not a jeep, but a unique vehicle for sure. The “house” is framed in 2x4s. That’s got to be heavy.

“Looking to build a fish house, a she shed, or a tiny house? Here’s a start! Built on a toyota dolphin chassis, 5 speed manual transmission with the 22R engine. Needs to be finished out, and the engine needs fuel lines at least probably a battery or two also. Or it could be removed from the pickup and turned into a she-shed. There are many possibilities! The camper portion measures about 7 feet x 12 feet on the floor with a 4 foot cab over section. It has full 8 foot walls inside 2×4 construction vaulted ceiling. Outside measures about 12 foot 6 inches tall and almost 16 feet long by almost 8 feet wide.”
This is just odd. This price can’t be correct, but it seems to be listed on this ad and on the dealership facebook page. Strangely, every other vehicle on the company’s FB page is exceptionally low, too. Something doesn’t seem right.

This custom rig is registered as a 1948 Willys Jeep. Anyone see a Willys part on here? At least the ‘half top’ is somewhat Kelly-esque.

Chris’ jeep club is auctioning this jeep off with the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.

“Up for sale we have a first year 1987 Jeep Wrangler YJ. This jeep is being sold with 100% of the sale being donated to the American Cancer Society. This Jeep was a generous donation that our local jeep club received from a private owner. It has a clear California title. It is currently not running. We have determined the engine is a 4.2 liter that has been converted to fuel injection. This is not a 4.0.
The jeep was in the process of a full restoration when we received it but as you can tell, it needs to be completed. This was at some time a full frame off restoration. You can tell from the pictures that the frame is in excellent condition. Interior: the interior was in the process of being restored and we feel the majority of all interior parts are included. It includes an after market steel locking console. All three seats are in great shape as well. Original keys and most of the interior parts are original.Tub: the tub is wonderful condition as well. Inside floor boards and rear deck are rust free. The front clip is in good shape with a small ding on the drivers side front fender.
