This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Andy’s auctioning this rare Stratton Lift. It’s missing the arms. More info on the lift. Also, Andy’s selling the rusty CJ-5 that was carrying the lift (see bottom pic).

At the very least the Koenig half top is for sale, but the wording of the ad makes it sound to me that other body parts come with it?

“This is a full Koenig hardtop for a Willys Jeep. The model is called Jiffy Top. I picked it up this winter and decided to go a different direction. It has been professionally media blasted and coated in primer. Its been stored inside and dry all winter. I have all the trim and door knobs. It will need a new back window, I have the original for a template. First and Last pictures are an example of what this looks like when assembled.

Steve spotted this tub. It looks to me to be a glovebox-less MB slat grille tub to which someone has added a funky cowl lid. Thoughts?

“I’m honestly not sure what this is. I have been told its an uncommon 1940’s Willy’s jeep tub. condition is rough but its fixable. the serial number is broken in the middle. it says: 1—40. no shipping/deliveries. no glove box, no front fenders, no back storage doors. probably needs new floor. if more pictures are needed let me know.”
Includes the front clip. Body supposedly never mounted, though it is siting on a chassis. Seems worth a look.
